The importance of this, is that this is separate from the police investigation into Scott Peterson. You would literally have to say that the insurance company was trying to frame Scott and helping two petty thieves by covering for them. It’s beyond ludicrous to blame the burglars

@dontfckwjustice @LizzieTheQueen6 You are correct. Team Peterson has been doing this for two decades but the media never reports on their shenanigans or embarrassing flops. In 2013 they were granted DNA testing to “find the real killer”. Another flop. The media was silent. As usual.

He even brought in the alleged walking witnesses statements without bringing them in the courtroom. He did this when cross examining Det.Grogan. It was a genius move. @PerezHilton “New Evidence” since 2005. Every year there’s new evidence for Scott Peterson that ends up being false, twisted facts or fingers pointed at people w/ alibis. The media never reports what became of all that new evidence in the past. This new filing has 126 pages of Scott’s lies.

This has been going on for years but the media never reports the results. In 2013 DNA was supposed to find the “real killer”
