@ZeptoNow I was promised a manual pick up if the return window closed to return a pair of shoes that didn't fit me . But your app doesn't give me an option to get in touch with your customer support directly. It asks me to jump through hoops. And I'm tired of this behaviour.

@rblbank I was also asked by your team as to why I didn't reach out to them and inform them via call that I had done an FNF payment. Of all the banks in the world that I have had accounts with, NOT ONE expected the customer to call and inform them that a payment was made.
@rblbank I have not received any calls or information from your end stating that said amount went towards EMIs and not towards FNF. And now your team expects me to pay 32,000 odd rupees as a pre-closure amount.
@rblbank On talking to your customer care team, I was told that my FNF was in fact considered a pre-payment towards EMIs. Who pre-pays EMIs. And I do not recall seeing any option to pre-pay my EMIs. It only gave me an option to clear the full amount due, which I did.
Dear @rblbank . I made a FNF payment in Aug 2022 on an older credit card after which I was upgraded to a new credit card from your bank which I never activated. Nearly 1.5 years after my previous payment, I have been generated a bill and have been receiving calls from your team.
