At least 26 out of the 35 hospitals in Gaza are non-operational due to Canada-backed Israeli airstrikes, and Canadian politicians are more concerned that a protestor in Toronto waved a Palestinian flag on a hospital, one of many sites a flag was waved along the protest route.

You pick the day that the ICJ finds enough evidence to proceed with Genocide determination to cut off aid to the organization providing aid to Palestinians as they are being killed by Israeli bombs, and their homes, hospitals, schools and infrastructure levelled.

To make matters worse your government is complicit in these crimes which may be ruled a Genocide by the ICJ or at the very minimum are war crimes and crimes against humanity.

My friend, if I were you I would resign and salvage whatever reputation you still have. You can then stand tall in the eyes of the majority of people around the world including now 15 judges of the #ICJ who have found a credible basis to the serious allegations levelled at Israel.

No action should have been taken until the allegations were investigated and proven true, especially given the pain this will cause to an already devastated population.

I have known you as a principled friend who respected law and human rights. You let me and many others down today. More importantly you have let down millions of Palestinians who only have human rights and justice on their side against the world's superpower.

Do you really want your legacy to be as a possible genocide enabler?
