2025 Chasecation Trip Summary

5,452 miles in 10 days on rental. I was in the following states TN-AR-TX-OK-KS. trip.

At least one tornado.

I took 2,390 photos and 240 drone photos and video. So hopefully got some good stuff.

I have been storm chasing the last couple days out on the Great Plains. Storms have been frustrating. They’re either too far away that I can’t get to them in time or I get to them and the tornado dies.

A year ago today was the solar eclipse, here is a composite of Eclipse images with a drone photo I took from the Mt. Katahdin Scenic Overlook.

Mt. Katahdin is the northern end of the Appalachian Trail and the tallest mountain in Maine.

House of Cards was amazing experience with friends, great food too. Time flew by, I would love to go back again sometime.

I got the A5 Japanese Wagyu fillet, which is one of the most expensive steaks out there. All the food was good.

Significant tornado damage located north of Dawson springs off of KY-109, active search and rescue going.
