This isn't even the first deadline @viagogo has broken. Since June 5th, support has constantly shifted dates—first 5-8 days, then 4, then 14, and now this. Total incompetence while holding my funds for a perfect sale. Fix this immediately. Sale ID: 643095448.
Today marks exactly 14 days since the escalation was initiated on June 19th (as confirmed in chat). The deadline has officially expired. My ticket delivery was perfect and the event ended a month ago. Release my payout immediately. No more excuses or delays.@viagogo

Hey @viagogo @ViagogoHelp, 30+ days since the event & my payout is still "pending". Support keeps changing deadlines (from 5 to 14 days) with no straight answers. Everything was perfect on my end. Anyone else experiencing this right now? Please resolve this. #viagogo
