The Cove will be the sixth phase of urban renewal at the Century Villages at Cabrillo campus. This phase will replace a number of out-dated residential buildings with 89 safe, furnished homes and shared community amenities.

HUD recently published a case study featuring Anchor Place at Century Villages at Cabrillo as a part of its series on strategies that increase affordable housing opportunities, apply sustainable features and practices, and increase access to public transportation.
