@C0il Great article. Would you consider updating it in two ways: bump to PHPUnit 11, and show this in a test for a bundle, since it's so common for a bundle to wrap API calls. Your example was a "whatIsMyIP" service, but how would you test it if that were a whatIsMyIp-bundle?
