@crschmidt @somershade1 I hear you. The list of projects is good. At the same time, I can see how this went poorly across from my house every night, I have no clear answer to why it happened, whether it would happen again, and the letters CPA are attached to that project

I am on the fence on Q6 because of that weird little hut in Prospect Hill Pk, surrounded by high-powered lights, that was a product of the CPA. What decision process led to that, and do I want to put more money in that funnel?
