Someone recently stole this car and we retrieved it for the owner. It had graffiti all inside the car and outside including this graffiti on steering wheel. Guess they need to file 'hate crime' against the car thief!

This WA bill goes into effect in a week. Worth a read as it appears "hate crime" has a wide swath. Of particular interests was this line "Causes physical damage to or destruction of the property of another". Does this include stealing someone's car & crashing it?
