Our game day locker room and player lounge welcome our athletes with intentional state of the art details, designed by a largely female consultant team - by women, for women.

In collaboration with Kilmer Infrastructure, EllisDon, and Brisbin Brook Beynon Architects, this space features full-length mirrors, porcelain marble features, custom lockers, a fully equipped fitness room, and a flex room designed to transform between a nursing room, salon, and other player-support uses.

The Tempo speed lines are embedded throughout the design, with colour used to activate high-performance zones like the fitness room, while dark, monochromatic elements evoke a clear mindset as transitional spaces, intentionally designed to feel calm in moments of focus.

Coco Jones tapped streetwear pioneer Karl Kani to design her custom Super Bowl 2026 outfit for her performance of Lift Every Voice and Sing.

Inspired by Whitney Houston’s iconic 1991 Super Bowl look, the moment was reimagined as a cultural remix that honors the past while remaining fashion-forward. Kani transformed Houston’s tracksuit into high glamour: a mini bubble skirt with a sweeping train and cropped jacket.

“I’m overwhelmed,” Kani tells ESSENCE exclusively. “They could have gone to any designer in the world—Gucci, Fendi, Prada. But they came to Karl Kani.”
