I have been trying to get my parcel delivered. Evri have had the parcel since Sunday saying they are going to deliver. I have yet to receive a response. Even customer services do not seem to know what they are doing. This is dreadful......

@LCCU2000 why do your phone lines not take calls and cuts people off after 10 mins saying "your mail box is full and cannot take any messages" leaving no alternative number to call...…… I would be interested to hear what you have to say...…… does anyone else have this problem?

@verynetwork order made 4th December not received. contacted your online chat and customer services they were unhelpful. you seem to have no say with the carriage handlers you use to deliver your parcels

Your adverts are all very impressive but when orders are made should they not be delivered. I placed an order on the 4th December and out of 7 parcels have only received one. your carriage handler is atrocious saying they have delivered when they have not.....
