another gem from Intl APIs is `Locale().maximize()` method to find most likely values for language & region.

e.g. using only a language subtag, `Locale('en').maximize()`, gives `US` as most likely `region`

it seems `navigator.language` produces different results from `Intl.DateTimeFormat().resolveOptions().locale` where one uses locale from browser & the other from OS.

@greensock ah sorry may be I wasn't clear. (a) this ability for an engine to apply duration and ease at runtime to an animation and (b) declarative components in a React environment (think: <AnimatePresence />[https://t.co/Cqs7kh1Rss]), are two of the reasons I have stumbled upon.

@greensock understand. but having the engine figure out (or recommend) duration and ease for an animation based on start and end values is definitely useful.

spring-based animation libs seem to be all the rage these and it becomes difficult to sell GSAP internally.
