@MountRainierNPS Have you tried to make a reservation for a popular location on https://t.co/bvzi1xJp7d? They disappear within 3 seconds; some people seem to have algorithms that book multiple sites immediately. Until that's fixed to prevent such "cheating", this system is not equitable.
