In 2002, an IIT Kanpur civil engineer working as an IES officer wrote to Prime Minister Vajpayee, exposing corruption in the $10 billion Golden Quadrilateral Corridor - India's biggest highway project.
Designed to construct 14,000 km of 4-lane expressways connecting Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, and Kolkata, it stands as the modern bedrock of Indian infrastructure.
He left his letter to the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) unsigned. Knowing the deadly stakes, Dubey attached his credentials on a separate sheet with an explicit instruction:
"Before moving the file, please remove the attachment containing my particulars to ensure secrecy."
But the PMO did not redact that information. It forwarded his complaint down the ministry chain with his identity attached. His name reached the very people he had exposed.
One year later, on his 31st birthday, Satyendra Dubey was shot dead outside Gaya railway station by the mafia.
They called it armed robbery. His family never believed it. The men who ran the murder racket were never touched, even after a CBI probe.
His death led to the Whistleblowers Protection Act in 2014. It was never brought into force, and it still doesn't protect a whistleblower's identity to this day.
His father, a poor sugar mill clerk with 7 kids, spent his entire life’s savings to raise an honest son who went to
@IITKanpur and then joined the IES to serve the nation.
On November 27, 2003, instead of celebrating Satyendra’s 31st birthday, that old man received his son’s bullet-riddled body in a wooden box, forced to weep over the casket of a hero he spent a lifetime raising for a country that wasn't brave enough to keep him alive.
Why weren't big Bollywood celebrities asked to tweet about Col. Vaibhav Anil Kale when he died serving with the UN in Gaza? Why didn't the PM post a single tweet for him? Why didn't his death receive the same major attention? And why weren't those responsible called terrorists?
After an American cafe owner posted a sign saying "No dogs or Muslims allowed," boxing legend Mike Tyson reportedly went there and prayed in the middle of the cafe.
Colonel Waibhav Anil Kale (retd) was working with UN in Gaza. One day he was murdered by the Israeli Forces IDF. IDF fired at UN vehicle which he was driving.
No Bollywood actor got time to tweet about him.
Delhi Police drags citizens on the streets of the capital!
History will remember you Delhi Police and whose side you were on, who you were trying to save and who you attacked!
So @UmarKhalidJNU in jail for six years- US mercenary Van Dyke uses Indian territory for actual terrorism & walks free in months. Bhardwaj is Swatantra in days. Need to be upper caste Hindu or white-skinned foreigner in India. Jai Hind.
Dear Doctors,
When a middle-class family questions a ₹30–50 lakh cancer bill, telling them:
“If you don't like a private hospital, go to a government hospital.”
is silly and arrogant, to say the least
Private hospitals aren't being asked to work for free.
📈Doctors deserve to be paid well.
📈Good infrastructure costs money.
📈Hospitals should make profits.
But the question is:
How much is too much?
This isn't just a patient's complaint anymore.
📈Parliament has raised concerns about the high cost of medical treatment and the need for regulation and transparency in private healthcare.**
And now the Supreme Court is questioning extraordinary mark-ups on cancer medicines.
Supreme court of India has slammed private hospitals said:-
"Private hospitals are functioning like industries and not service providers"
So this conversation isn't about doctors vs. patients?
It's about something much bigger:
Can the Indian middle class afford to get sick?
Cancer treatment can run into tens of lakhs.
A single serious illness can wipe out years of savings.
And if healthcare costs keep rising faster than incomes, what happens to families who don't have unlimited money?
We need:
📈Transparency.
📈Price benchmarks.
📈Accountability.
📈And sensible regulation.
Not to stop hospitals from making money.
But to make sure healthcare doesn't become affordable only for the rich.
Please don't take this question personally.
A patient questioning a ₹27,000 cancer drug that costs ₹2,700 isn't attacking doctors.
They're asking how they're supposed to survive the cost of getting treated.
And that is a question Parliament, regulators, hospitals—and all of us—need to answer.

#Horrific In May 2025, Constable Chiranjeevi demanded a bribe from three Dalit youths. After they refused to pay, a false case was registered against them and they were allegedly brutally assaulted in public at a busy intersection.
Today, the Guntur District Court ruled that the youths had been falsely implicated and assaulted in the case.
A funeral procession of a Muslim man in Bihar’s Darbhanga district was allegedly blocked by members of another community, forcing mourners to carry the body across a village river to reach the burial ground, according to a report from Mekna village.
The man, a Muslim resident of Mekna, had died, and relatives and neighbours were taking his body for burial. Heavy rain had made the usual path difficult, so the people carrying the body chose another route. Members of the local Paswan community, who are Hindu, allegedly refused to let the procession pass.
According to the report, the land along that route is occupied by members of the Paswan community. They reportedly said they planned to build a temple there and would therefore not permit the funeral procession to go through.

An MP gets lifelong pension after just one five year term while a private worker needs ten years under EPS and still gets a pittance. Supreme Court is hearing a plea against UP MLA perks. PM Narendra Modi must end this double standard now. Taxpayer money is not a family trust.
A US citizen & 2 Ukrainians charged with terrorism under UAPA were “allowed to go home” last week. NIA did not even object to it.
But Umar & Sharjeel keep getting their bail denied even after 6 years in custody without trial.
White people have more rights - in their own country as well as in Modi’s India. We are in our 2nd age of colonization.
