@gelwart_ I think they simplified environments in this game to prioritize combat in those maps. They’re ideal for battles, less so for exploration. It’s a trade off, but one I don’t mind too much.

@Porkchopnator @novakaiiser Which is ironic, because Glenn in Rebirth WAS Sephiroth as a black robe in end anyway, just using Glenn’s likeness to manipulate Rufus into escalating the Wutai war. I don’t think they need to bring him up again, but we’re going to Wutai so anything is possible.

@Laura38460211 I think Rebirth does a pretty good job of convincing the player its cellular degradation. We know there’s a more nuanced answer but I think the degradation alone is extremely compelling as a reason to still root for him. Players know he’s a victim here too, IMHO.

@feydemon I think a system where the game requires you to unlock all the raids you are currently able to unlock in order to access said raid’s roulette might be a kind of okay solution? They do this with Expert roulette every patch.
