@bwepber Ugh exactly. Everything for me gets explained to me that it’s all just my PTSD or anxiety. “Maybe you should focus on that instead of chasing other diagnoses” maybe I just want to get diagnosed so I can get the actual help I need.

Getting an autism diagnosis as an AFAB person is exhausting. Had a psychiatrist who was doing a consultation thing correct me when I explained that my nieces and nephews are autistic. “Oh, you mean just your nephews?” No, fuck you dude.
