Quick reminder
Privacy is not just a feature for the next generation of crypto, It’s the entire foundation.
The real innovations will happen in the privacy space.

Privacy is foundational, not a feature you bolt on later. It’s what separates the next generation of web3 from the current mess we’re dealing with.
@zama building the infrastructure that actually makes privacy work:
- It makes encryption practical
- It makes quantum-proof
-It makes it works at scale.
#ZamaCreatorProgram @zama@0xMiden
If ZAMA gets the execution and implementation right, it might be the best innovation in web3 in recent years.
Notice what’s happening… Privacy coins are holding strong despite the state of the market right now.
Current Privacy Coins Valuations:
Monero (XMR): ~$15B fdv
Zcash (ZEC): ~$8B fdv
Dash (DASH): ~$1.8B fdv
These projects do ONE thing, private payments and transactions. And the market values that at billions.
What Privacy Coin does:
✓ Private peer-to-peer transfers
✓ Single blockchain ecosystems
✓ Limited programmability
✓ No smart contract composability
ZAMA approach to privacy goes beyond payments and transactions. Zama is building the privacy infrastructure layer for Web3 for Every chain. Every application. Every use case.
What ZAMA (FHE Infrastructure) does:
✓ Confidential DeFi
✓ Encrypted smart contracts
✓ Private identity & KYC
✓ Confidential AI training & inference
✓ Tokenized RWAs with privacy
✓ Private governance
✓ Cross-chain confidentiality

The Liquidity Unlock
Crypto has been waiting for institutional capital. But institutions have been waiting for privacy.
The solution is PRIVACY MARKETS
The new liquidity this space deserves won’t come from another L1 or faster transactions.
It’ll come from encrypted markets where institutions can finally operate without broadcasting every move.
The numbers don’t lie @zama projects that if just 10% of blockchain transactions go confidential, the protocol could generate $1B in annual fees.
Institutions get privacy. The ecosystem gets liquidity. Everyone wins.
This is the actual internet capital market enabled through privacy and encryption.

Blockchain transparency is both a blessing and a curse. Right now? It’s more curse than blessing.
Everything’s public by design. Your transaction history, your wallet balance, your trading patterns.
All visible to anyone who cares to look.
That’s not privacy. That’s surveillance with extra steps.
Users deserve a choice.
You should be able to go private when you want, public when it makes sense. Not be forced into full transparency 24/7.
@zama ideology is simple:
- Build a world where confidentiality is default, programmable, composable and accessible to developers building amazing tools without need for deep cryptographic experience.
- Make Encryption practical and usable.
- Secure cryptography by making it quantum-proof (Thanks to FHE)

Privacy Beyond Payments
Talking about privacy in crypto. @Zcash figured this out years ago. They built the first encrypted cryptocurrency using ZK proofs that allows you to actually send money without the whole world seeing your balance and transaction history. That was revolutionary. Still is.
But here’s the thing, Zcash solved privacy for payments. That’s huge. But blockchain needed to do way more than just move money around.
Think of Zcash as proving that private blockchain transactions are possible.
@zama takes this concept and asks: what if EVERYTHING on blockchain could be private?
Not just payments. Everything!
The difference
Zcash uses ZK proofs, where you prove something happened without revealing the details. Perfect for private transactions. But ZKPs have limits when you need complex computations or want things to interact with each other.
Zama uses Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE). You can actually compute on encrypted data. The data never gets decrypted. Ever. Not during processing. Not during execution. It stays locked the entire time.
What this means
With Zcash, you get:
- Private payments
- Hidden balances
- Confidential transactions
- All the financial privacy you need.
With Zama, you get:
- Private DeFi
- Private auctions
- Private voting
- Private gaming
- Private DAOs
- Private AI
- Basically, private EVERYTHING.
Your trading strategy? Encrypted.
Your poker hand? Encrypted.
Your DAO vote? Encrypted.
Your medical records on-chain? Encrypted.
And it all still works. Smart contracts run normally. Apps interact with each other. Everything’s composable and private.

Another week to bull post @zama and FHE because the tech is good.
Remember without privacy and confidentiality in transactions & portfolio balance some institutions will never adoption.
The future is private and encrypted!!

Genesis Operators: Why Zama Chose Reputation Over Permissionless
Most crypto projects launch day one with “anyone can validate if you have tokens”.
Zama’s doing the opposite. They’re starting with 18 handpicked operators (13 KMS nodes, 5 FHE Coprocessors) chosen by reputation, not just money.
Why this matters:
When you’re handling people’s encrypted financial data, medical records, or private transactions, you can’t just let anyone with capital run the show from day one.
Zama picked operators with real businesses and reputations to protect. Think companies with significant market cap, established customer bases, proven track records.
If they screw up? They don’t just lose staked tokens, they lose their entire reputation and business. That’s a way stronger incentive to behave than just economic penalties.
But it’s temporary
After the protocol stabilizes, anyone can become an operator. Just prove you can run a reliable node on testnet, stake 0.5% of circulating $ZAMA supply, and you’re eligible.
Every 3 months, the top operators by stake get selected. So it progressively decentralizes over time.
Here’s the thing:
Privacy infrastructure isn’t like a regular blockchain. If a chain goes down for an hour, it’s annoying. If a privacy system gets breached, secrets are exposed forever. You can’t roll that back.
So Zama’s being smart. Launch secure with trusted operators who have everything to lose. Prove the system works. Then open the doors.
Some people will complain it’s “not decentralized enough.” But they’re missing the forest for the trees.
You don’t rush decentralization when people’s private data is on the line. You earn it!
Start trusted. Prove it. Then decentralize.
That’s how you build infrastructure people actually trust with their secrets.

Compliance Without Exposure
Regulators want to know you’re compliant, but customers want privacy.
In traditional finance, this is handled by trusted intermediaries. A bank could verify a user meets accredited investor requirements without revealing their exact net worth. All computed on encrypted data.
In DeFi?
Everything’s transparent. Which makes compliance impossible without exposing user data.
Zama allows smart contracts to perform calculations on encrypted data, verifying compliance without ever exposing sensitive information.
The Opportunity
Major institutions are legally required to be compliant and want to use blockchain, but they can’t expose client information publicly.
FHE gives them the option they’ve been waiting for: private and compliant.
That’s a trillion-dollar market waiting to move onchain.
#ZamaCreatorProgram @zama_fhe
A quick note on @zama_fhe
ZAMA is not building another L1 or L2. That is the important distinction that people miss.
Zama Protocol isn’t a new blockchain.
It’s a confidentiality layer that sits on top of existing chains.
Why this matter?
Because you don’t need to bridge assets to a new chain. You don’t need to convince users to move ecosystems. You don’t fragment liquidity.
Whether you build on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon or whatever chain you want.
Zama just adds the privacy layer on top.
Think of it like middleware for confidentiality.
Your smart contract runs on your chosen chain, but the sensitive operations happen in Zama’s FHE environment.
The results come back encrypted. Users interact from wherever they already are.
- No new tokens to buy.
- No new wallets to set up.
- No ecosystem migration.
- This cross-chain approach is smart.
The blockchain space doesn’t need another isolated ecosystem. It needs privacy infrastructure that works everywhere.
And that’s exactly what Zama built.
Coming to Ethereum first, then other EVM chains, then Solana in 2026.
Privacy as a universal layer, not a walled garden.
