Though message says that someone will contact in 2 hrs, call came after 48 hrs and we were not available at that time. This is the delay which always happens from your service centre.
The person asked to come and I responded why I am being contacted after 48 hrs. There was no explanation. When I said I am not available right now, the professional said ok and disconnected the call. There was no courtesy to ask any preferred time for the visit. Worst service experience out of all
@IndiaHaier@jagograhakjago@consumerforum_ Purchased split AC 2 years back going by the brand name of Haier. Thought that quality and service will be good. I was wrong and suggest all the consumers not to buy Haier product.
Below is the chain of events briefly detailing the whole scenario -
1. Mar-26 : Normal service revealed that gas needs to be filled as cooling is not happening. This was done but let me say that after 1 years of operation, gas leakage problem came in the product.
2. 1st week of May-26 : Again gas leakage and was filled.
3. Last week of May-26 : Again no cooling happening. Complaint raised 2 days back.
You can see that product is not able to sustain even for 1 month after addressing the problem.
And now comes the service part - when you raise complaint, the call comes after minimum 2 days and whatever time is given, that is also not honoured making your life hell as you don’t know when the professional will come.
I have used other companies product and there is huge difference in terms of service. Hence, don’t buy AC from Haier…… the service team will force you to cry as they only know one thing - delay in attending and only solution of any problem is gas leakage 🙏🏻

This is disappointing that they have removed the customer care option. Have used Amazon since long time but never have witnessed such problem till now.

When I went to take service Ms Priyanka just got after me to take bright pro package from her but I was not interested to get any such treatment for my face and I am not aware about how this treatment is but she told me that it’s year end and offer is good you take it and within 10 days if I want I can cancel or change the package but after 2-3 days I confirmed to her that I want to cancel the package I am not comfortable taking this package and asked her to cancel. Also, it was told to me that you can take EMI option which will start from Sep’26 but after payment I got message from lazypay that EMI will start from 1st May’26 (another lie) First 2 days she was not responding says she is busy and I clearly messaged her to cancel so that she can not give excuse that 10 days have passed then she told that there is some issue at care pay end. Then she said there is some emergency at her home so I asked her to give number of some other representative or her manager’s number but that is also not shared till date and she said she will confirm to me. Later again when I asked for update now she is saying package cannot be cancelled and you can take any other service. This is merely false promise made to take money from customer to meet there target at end of the year. Please beware from such scams . Please don’t take any packages from Sec-18 branch especially Priyanka. This is such an unprofessional behaviour.

@AmazonHelp It is difficult to keep track of messages here and that with 1 hr time frame. Why don’t you have a customer care number like it was before.

The link provided by you is the same link through which I am trying to connect with your representative. It is showing the same options replace your wrong item. This has been done already and received the same wrong item twice.
How to resolve it? One has to call me to guide and that option is not coming.

Mr. Sonam Wanchuk is an inventor and educator who is inspiration to many. A protest demanding some rights for local people cannot make him anti national. A proper discussion with locals would have been a better solution than arresting him.
