@AskCapitalOne I'm trying to use Banktivity with CapitalOne360 and have been able to download transactions in the past. Now it stopped working. Do i need to use an 'access code' or just my regular user/pw? Where can i find the access code?

@AskCapitalOne I use Banktivity Banking software and i the download connection is broken. ("An error occurred on the site(412)") . I remember once using an Access Code to set it up but i can't find that on the Capitalone 360 website. Where can I find it ?
