The reason why ppl initially gravitate to you and then switch up on you when they get too close is bc you inspire them so much that you give them imposture syndrome. They think that they’re getting close to you to study you, run game on you or even “prove” to themselves that you aren’t who you portray yourself to be and then get humbled when they realize that not only are you who you say you are… but you’re even better up close. They’re looking for the gimmick, the catch, or a chance to rip your mask off and get humbled when they realize THEY are the only one wearing a mask.
if you’re ever learning extremely personal information about someone you don’t know, through the mouth of someone they once considered a friend, everything should be taken with a grain of salt & you should most definitely be questioning why that person told you such intimate information
Just wanna ask this and i hope i don’t sound ridiculous but do y’all ever see random movement, or shadows from your peripheral vision although theres nothing actually there ?

Being autistic is explaining exactly what you mean, repeating it clearly, adding even more context so there’s no room for confusion, and somehow watching people interpret it in the most wildly incorrect way possible. At some point you start wondering if everyone is playing a game you weren’t given the rules for.
Men who abuse women physically, emotionally or mentally are often some of the nicest, friendliest men you will ever met. A lot of them are funny, polite, helpful, respected and extremely good at making everyone else feel comfortable. That is why people struggle to believe the woman when she finally speaks. They say, "but he has always been so nice to me". And that's exactly the point.
if we were all willing to admit that we're all a bit hypocritical and have our own biases instead of always trying to take the moral high ground all the time i think some of the convos on here would be a bit more productive
The autistic experience of saying something completely clear, direct, and precise…
then watching in horror as the other person somehow extracts a meaning you never put there.
