@Ronseal spent 3mths in 2020 lockdown using OneCoat Dark Oak on outside fences. After 9mths you would never know. Spent 3mths discussing with Ronseal. Offer?£45 money back/£50 vouchers(really!?)for 200 man hours. They confirm not faulty-my conclusion-product not fit for purpose

The WORST customer service from @NintendoUK. 10yr old son’s device broken, asked Nintendo for a quote (don’t expect a freebie) and refusing as saying it’s been touched by another engineer. Really?? Won’t go near it, despite saying we’d pay for repairs. Confused 🤔

@Hermesparcels the most appalling delivery service...parcels not reaching me, emails telling me parcel has been delayed, companies saying goods have been returned...and absolutely no way of speaking to a human being in customer services.
