You can create drills that are trauma informed and take into account the psychological impact that could be caused especially to minors. There are psychologists on island who specialize in trauma informed processes. I am one...i can provide a directory with others. Speechless.

@crcbarbados I love this comment about how we rethink the bureaucracy that runs the country. Great stream of thinking. What is governance? Can government be thought of as one business? Rethink a government space beyond politics? performance measurement beyond votes?

@crcbarbados This feels hard to comprehend as an average person. Our future lawmakers and implementers in @UWI_CaveHill like @uwilawsociety are they a stakeholder group that gets directly consulted? Would they have innovative ways to think about it?
