@SarahData_ His word, "triggering." I know anxiety when I see it, he definitely has it. Flight/fight is how anxiety sufferers cope. In his case, both. Anxiety is hell....fear is real and what ifs feed on it regardless if 99% of them never happen. It doesn't end until you find truly good help
