My experience with @AirCanada since Jan 2024: 3 trips, 2 “disrupted” flights w/out compensation (1 night hotel at my expense), 3 pieces of luggage “delayed”, 1 bag (I was asked to check bc full plane) is still lost. We need even better passenger rights.

@burntbayjay @dgouldca @AirCanada I pay to check my bag precisely so that I can have room at my feet. But then I am asked (told) to put my small backpack under seat. I just politely push back. “I paid to check my bag…I should not be penalized. Would you like to see the receipt for payment?”

“Because it’s January, the Turners are out.” That’s how the gallery staff explained it to me. By request of the painter, these water colours are only exhibited in the low light of mid-winter.
