The numbers at westglen continued to grow after this date. My daughter was the 84th kid to get sick from the school in early October. The westglen outbreak gave me long Covid and has left me unable to work or function. I still can’t walk more than a block. Argh.

@McMannKrtaylor3 Cucumbers really hate having their roots touched at all. I’ve transplanted them successfully only when the roots are completely inside the soil. Usually I plant a seed along with the transplants so when the transplants die the seed grows a plant.

Most surprising part: Mount Pleasant. I don’t think I’ve ever been there before and had no idea it existed. I have spent lots of time on 106 street, but not as much as I thought I had. #yegbike

I had a surprisingly pleasant ride from my home in Glenora to a physio appointment in Summerside. Bike route the whole way; mostly separated. I’ve been commuting to the downtown for 2 years but this is my first foray past the Whitemud, let alone the Henday. #yegbike

Best part: Parsons road. I haven’t been able to just ride as fast as I want on a separated path with no intersections for years. The #oliverbahn is great but it was nice not to have to slow down every block.
