@AmericanAir It was both 0982 and 1117. And it wasn’t just weather. Even when they boarded they waited for more than an hour to depart and 2 hours to disembark in Dallas once they landed with no explanation and an extremely rude treatment from everyone at @AmericanAir

@AmericanAir This had nothing to do with the weather. Even the pilots were really upset. The worst part is that you don’t even offer to pay for meals, a night of hotel or a refund. Your customer service was disrespectful and with no empathy whatsoever. @AmericanAir
