@stephen_richer Absolute garbage. AZ MVD has the same issue. Their back end DPOC has been broken since 2019. Nothing was done until 24.

The NJ software vendor is the same vendor AZ used for digital ID, all stored in the cloud.

You and Garrett probably should worry. DOJ is all over this.

Arizona voter cannot afford to allow the Secretary of States office to deny fact, hide truth and disenfranchise US Citizens and AZ residents.

Fontes, Hobbs were warned in 2020 that a noncitizen had been registered through MVD, appeared in Arizona’s voter system, and received a ballot.

The emails show Secretary of State staff traced the problem to old MVD citizenship coding. Their response was not to fix the statewide system. They sent the case to Maricopa County because they said they could not change the voter record themselves.

The AVID contract already required the system to import MVD changes and process them under defined rules.

Yet the defect was allowed to remain for years.

Only after litigation forced the issue did Arizona finally make changes in 2024.

This was not an unknown “glitch.”
They had an actual cases.
They knew the pathway.
They knew the system could treat a noncitizen as eligible.
They failed to implement a statewide fix.

The question is no longer whether Hobbs and Fontes knew.

The documents show they did. The question is why it took a lawsuit to force action.

Software do not perform things independently, every change is authorized, coded, and deployed by a human.
If outcomes shift, responsibility sits with the individual or chain of command controlling the system. Same pattern applies in Arizona MVD. This is why we have active registered voter that have never lived in AZ.

The Fair Tax would repeal the current tax code and replace it with a single national consumption tax. In addition to eliminating all personal and corporate income taxes, the death tax, gift taxes, and the payroll tax, the Fair Tax would also eliminate the need for the Internal Revenue Service.

I’ve previously said the SAVE America Act is a non-budgetary proposal that can’t be passed through budget reconciliation.

I’ve been looking at that issue more closely over the last few days, and I’m now starting to think there might be a path.

Do you realize Mexico is a failed state run by cartel members.

Their president threatened our law enforcement and federal leadership.

They did nothing to stop the flow of illegals, did nothing to keep AG water for AG. They did nothing to stop the flow of drugs.

I care nothing about the treaty that Mexico, the upper basin states don't honor.

They can de-sal or drill wells in their basins. I care nothing for the Mexican government or what they deem their needs are.

I am okay with the Maduro treatment.

Evidence supports human-designed, human-approved, inclusion-first voter-registration design in which automated systems execute policy decisions that make it easier to create or preserve a voter record than to reject or remove one. ( trust.. but dont really verify)

That does not yet prove criminal acts, It does prove that the results are not simply unexplained machine behavior.

The software is the tools. Human officials, contractors, managers, clerks, testers, and county personnel determine what the instrument does, which errors it tolerates, which records it accepts, and which defects are corrected.

The matching rules are configurable

The same program in AZ and NJ can change HAVA exceptions.

Interface used configurable “soft match” criteria for records that did not match exactly the same as NJ and several other states.

It was used for duplicates, MVD records, death records, felons, and cross-county transactions.

“Configurable” means a person determines:

how close two names must be;
whether DOB must match exactly;
whether an SSN4 or driver-license match overrides other discrepancies;
when to merge;
when to create a second record;
when to place the record in an exception queue;
when to treat the record as an existing legal voter.

The county clerk or recorder , has zero visibility on this.

When was the last time a "bug, glitch or issue " helped Republicans... never.
