@bt_uk We've tried phoning but get no help at all, have spoken on the online chat to see that it wasn't cancelled until March and she's been charged for her landline until then - even though Virgin took it over in September
@bt_uk hi, we arranged for my mum's contract to end in September 24. She has just told me that she's realised you have still been taking Β£100 a month from her since then - last time was 17th April. She moved entirely to Virgin and is vulnerable!
@leeatherton4@Morrisons Their server is down, no one can access their website or app, so I imagine everything connected (like the More Card), can't be accessed either. Some people have had their Christmas deliveries cancelled today, ditto Click and Collect.
@emma_millhouse@Morrisons Your shopping arrived? That's hopeful at least, as mine is due this morning, but others - who are expecting theirs this afternoon - have been cancelled. Their website and app are down, so it's lucky you got a voucher as apparently it's now impossible to call them.

@dlev83@Morrisons I had an email at 6am to say they're delivering my shopping between 11.30am - 12.20pm, but their server is now down so can't check. It's their entire server that is down - app and website. Did you collect your shopping?
@erictheking_66@Morrisons Their server is down, someone just said their Christmas shop, due today, has been cancelled. I don't think they've done this just to stop their offers working.
