@Owennfa We got married in a park (free) I paid $8 for flowers from Aldi, splurged on two bouquets, I made all the food (pbj granola wraps, fruit don’t even remember what else) I made my own cake. $500. Then we took everyone bowling. Few more $$$ for that! 10/10 would do again

@HostynCarine @Laura3153570107 @EstieMaddie I don’t. I just start breaking out, for lack of a better term. My finger joints ache. And yea. I’m trying to root out the cause of inflammation. Also turmeric/ black pepper, selenium, botswellia. Grok and perplexity are my coaches.

@HostynCarine @Laura3153570107 @EstieMaddie But you probably need to research getting rid of the spike protein as well. I had the poison sickness but not the shot. So still spike just not making it myself. (I think). It’s still not resolved but I get bouts of relief and feel like it might be getting better at times.

@HostynCarine @Laura3153570107 @EstieMaddie I can’t see the original post but I did 6 months of strict anti Inflammatory diet. It relieved symptoms a lot. But fix the gut! I’m doing incanus tea and L-glutamine in the AM (empty stomach) then tons of probiotic florastor, physicians choice 60 billion and more

With the coop I’m budgeting $500/month. I should probably switch to the Amish feed but I don’t. I use exp stuff😬 run needs expansion and reinforcements

@WallStreetApes I have 23 in my yard right now. They are 7.5 weeks old. We will butcher them next week. We let them range in quite a large space. We only coop them at night due to predators in the area. They do eat a lot so we limit feed hours. A rare 1 gets sick. We get 1 lb breasts
