Today is National #Fasting Day! I've been incorporating fasting into my #lifestyle for a few years now. It's really helped me manage my #diet & weight better. It was definitely hard in the beginning, especially when doing it daily. It's not for everyone but I recommend trying it.

@whatnyomidoes I think this is an important conversation from an #inclusivity lens. I work on corporate #events & many receptions' budget are spent on alcohol. Not everyone drink & I think it may sometimes deter attendees from going because they don't want to be around alcohol.
