@mkristensen Developer productivity also to include AI usage metrics (enterprises are wanting to measure this as well). Repo and/or open source contributor stats, similar to GitHub insights. Perhaps there is more but don’t know what all data that is being collected and not shown.
Today we ship Aspire 13!
Why 13? It’s a number that’s bigger than 10 but less than 14.
Seriously though, Aspire 13 marks the start of a new chapter for the project: the beginning of its polyglot era. We’re expanding beyond .NET, bringing the same model-driven, code-centric experience to Python, JavaScript, and beyond.

@csharpfritz@GuruOfGigaBytes They seem to be picking and choosing when to enforce the policy. I suppose I should expect all big techies to stick together on this one or else you might be next.
@cecilphillip Universities and colleges have to do in-person classes. 💯 remote is a ripoff for intl students who pay 2-3 times more in tuition. Open up so they can attend. I thought visas was only necessary if students had to come here to attend classes in-person. Otherwise, it's not needed.
@RussellSolberg When it was discovered that masks limits the spread, that guidance should have been issued and all lockdowns lifted. Yet, some people were jailed for operating their business even when they were wearing masks...and then the virus disappeared for 2 weeks. They need 2 build trust.
@RussellSolberg Protect the elderly and those that are most vulnerable. Open up with everyone else while taking precautions. The disease has to run it's course. Locking everyone up was necessary in the beginning. We know a bit more now so we have to manage this until it passes.
This entire master branch discussion is a prime example of the echo chamber and group think that exists in tech Twitter land. Nobody cares. We just want to get our work done. Focus on the real issues and continue to 'master' your craft. The people that follow you depend on it.
