I have an outstanding credit card payment due with @KotakBankLtd However, the recovery agent visited my in-laws' residence without my permission or prior intimation. My in-laws' address was not provided as a recovery address, and they should not have been approached @RBI

This unauthorized visit has caused unnecessary distress and embarrassment to my family and raises serious concerns about my privacy and the recovery practices followed by the bank. I am really in mental shock and can take any wrong decision due to such mental trauma and stress..

I requested to approve my online PF transfer claim for transferring my old Member IDs to current Member ID. Even after one week it is pending from field office. Why? Please assist @officialepfo @epfokolkata .. How long do I have to suffer?
