@esthercrawford Feel ya! Been running on & off for 10yrs (my "season" = spring+summer). This yr have had time & new decade means more work req'd. So I now run 1-3mi 5-7x per wk & added some strength training. But I don't think what I'm doing is working. My body still aches a lot & I feel weaker.

Yesterday, I heard a breakup song from my childhood that I hadn't heard in DECADES. Twas right before I watched the last ep of an excellent coming-of-age k-drama that already had me in tears in its last few eps. The nostalgia/saudade I have been feeling since yesterday is INSANE.

Is all funding bad? no, I think there are interesting opportunities and now that the model is changing (I hope) we will see more "boring" investments made in companies that focus more on sustainable business models
