There's SO much that needs to happen for this not to backfire.

Tunneling someone out quickly can trigger a penalty (though in my thousands of hours I've yet to have it happen lol), so you have to do something about that - but you also can't just remove tunneling,. because it's a necessary strategy...so you have to make the other more desirable playstyle as effective, but you can't do that because many people just...don't want to use critical thinking or effort, so it will just make them ragequit/go next more etc etc.

That's not even mentioning....it might be wise to at the very least remove luck offerings "unhook" ability. Since 99% of the time, people literally bring these to go next if they so choose.

There's so much more, but we're so deep into the proverbial shit that the solution is like 100 steps at the very least.

It really is a VICIOUS cycle.
