The mineral council adds were just lies and propaganda from a few fake locals. Who were pissed off with the IPC decision. Thay thought thay had their hands on KEPCO'S WALLET. But the IPC took it away.

It's ROT! More money's raised from speeding fines than coal mining royalties.
Coal mining only benefits O/S owners & shareholders. They pay NO TAX.
