@flipkartsupport @Flipkart The product page shows the delivery in 2 hours and install by today only but as soon as I placed the order, the delivery date changed to tomorrow and install by day after tomorrow. I just canceled this for such non transparent system.

Update: Today's escalation has taken another turn.
A new technician visited and confirmed that d PCB is dead. A replacement PCB was then sent but upon checking, it appeared to be a used/repaired unit. (1/n) @MyLloydIndia @havellsindia @HavellsCare360 @jagograhakjago @nch1915

I'm now being told a new PCB has been ordered, but there is still no confirmed timeline. When I asked for a compatible temporary PCB, the manager said, "I'll see what I can do." @MyLloydCare360

@havellsindia @HavellsCare360 Disastrous service experience with @MyLloydIndia ! booked a jet pump AC servicing today. Technician sprayed water directly into the PCB board, frying it completely. Now my AC is dead with an "E6" error, and we are left stranded in this heat. (1/n)
