@MicrosoftHelps absolutely disgusting and terrible customer service/support.
I have been trying to get my region changed, which should ideally be a simple process however for some reason, this issue has not been resolved and it has been over 2 weeks now.

@PixelsofMark Matchmaking at least in ranked should be fair matchmaking than general play. every time I play ranked and my lvl is 50, I’m always matched with players from lvl 1 to 10 (ALWAYS) while the opponent team always has players from lvl 50-60. Absolutely no point playing

@PixelsofMark I know I’m no one to question, but how is it a good idea to release a game without proper matchmaking and hit reg? Input based matchmaking is not working since I’m only matched with PC players as a Xbox user. Ranked matchmaking is the worst of all time.

It is sad to see the state of the game as a consumer, if I’m playing Ranked and I’m at Lvl 50, why is my team full of players from lvl 1 to 10 only while the opponent team has everyone stacked with lvl 40 +. This happens all the time and it’s absolutely disgusting
