@AmazonHelp why dump parcels in the garden at 9 pm when the lights are on, you can hear the tv, there are two cars in the driveway. It’s bad enough that the item was much later than expected but why have we got to go and find it in the back garden! We have a door bell!

@British_Airways if we book a flight that is then changed to a much earlier time what are our options? It is a cheaper flight that we deliberately avoided and we would need to travel a day earlier and stay overnight due to the distance from the airport.

@British_Airways We are flying in December. My idea of a holiday does not involve travelling all night or paying for a hotel only to get up at 4 am. I think the option will be to cancel and start again. We thought British Airways would be better but this is our second change out of three trips.

@channel5_tv worst tv app in the world. Watched a load of ads only to be taken to the episode we watched yesterday. Had to watch loads more adds to see the next episode. Regularly shuts down and we don’t use it that much. No ad free option. It’s a blueprint for how not to do it!

@McDonaldsUK another app fail! Ordered burger and chicken nuggets using points. Ordered wrap and fries on the same order to pay for. The cash food went through and the points items didn’t. It really shouldn’t be this hard. Had to queue for ages as obviously short staffed too.

@McDonaldsUK I ordered via the app at 12.33. Arrived at restaurant at 12.50. Food eventually came out at 1.07. It wasn’t even the correct order! I only wanted a plain wrap! Couldn’t eat it as covered in mayo and chilli sauce. What is the point of the app?!! Wasn’t even that busy!

@AmazonHelp Knocking all all the neighbours doors is the only option as we have absolutely no idea where the patio doors are. Clearly they are in a back garden. Not really what I want to do after work on a Friday!! Can’t even initiate a return!!

@AmazonHelp parcel shown as delivered. Definitely not our house as we do not have patio doors and live in a flat!!! No idea where the photo was taken. It is shown with two other parcels. Not ours. It was a book. It could have gone through the letterbox!! It’s in a back garden???!
