@VerizonSupport so i tried the link in the DM to get support because my support person seems to have either ghosted me or is still reading the history. and if i try to log in, i get a verify link via sms, which highjacks the page and i lose the chat. if i try the link again, it starts me over!

@VerizonSupport I have been on the same support chat for over 5 hours and I’m being disconnected and reassigned before the last support person can finish helping me. I was told you were moving away from in-store support. This is not an improvement.

@VerizonSupport I’m in your app right now. The session just randomly resets without warning and I get a new support person. I lost one that was my fault but otherwise I wait for a response and then suddenly it treats it like a new connection. Please just audit how your chat system works.

@VerizonSupport This is just a general complaint about your system and how you don't seem to have any data sync between the user's state and the chat system. If I'm logged in, the system should know that I'm a customer.
