@RMantri @airindia Scheduled SFO → Mumbai nonstop with Air India. Reached the airport and was told the flight was cancelled — zero prior notification. Rebooked via New York overnight. Paid for Premium Economy, was put in Economy (partially refunded later). Very disappointing experience.
