My #webnovel Trapped in a Dungeon with a System will return tomorrow with chapter 40 and 41 at the usual time, one at 14:05 and another at 18:55 GMT+1 or 09:05 and 13:55 EST!
@Wisterixx03@linoknows It's been some time but iirc your router can keep it between some hours to some days before overwriting with new activity (tho it depends, some modern or w/ parental controls can keep it for longer), while your internet provider keeps for like a few months to a couple of years.
@cecililytweets And they gave it a lore reason.
"Oh, that Gyarados was forced to evolve hence the red color of Magikarp's"
I remember my first shiny being an Onix but I didn't know what shiny pokemon were at the time, so I kinda deluded myself into thinking I was a special/unique trainer lol.
@linoknows Yeah. Unless they use a proper tracker, at best they'll only know your data usage (how many bytes you download/uploaded)
It kind of looks like this:
@sunfishyy Mangaka, writer or wtv, I'm not surprised and kind of don't blame those without ill intent. Nowadays on the internet it's damned if you and if you don't. Even if you think you do stuff right, someone finds fault with it like with R.F. Kuang and people canceling her for 1 ooc page
For the record, this is basically how the hair of my protagonist, Cho Jae-Hwa, looks when it's not styled. But white instead of black.
I personally find it quite cute and elegant.
@GestoVEVO @Noelle1995965 @wiki_bendy77508@bumble_bbgun Hang on, despite studying this stuff I had no idea roto brush was a thing.
Still, considering it's an AI-powered tool, I don't find it good to use unless you're short on time.
Part of the beauty of video editing is the passion and the time spent perfecting it, after all
@GestoVEVO @Noelle1995965 @wiki_bendy77508@bumble_bbgun Yeah, but that's completely different and, btw sorry for barging in, what it happens is actually masking, not rotoscoping.
Rotoscoping (4th gif), would be making a ballet dance into 2d, for example, but masking is what's in the images (one of the many ways to use), basically.
Also, on the side having the full first arc in .pdf that you can buy anytime or something like that.
I don't know if it works like that or if it's worth doing it like this, but my intentions are somewhere around this thought process.
Both subs and the .pdf would be cheap ofc.
I'm thinking like a monthly regular sub where you get every chapter that's meant to be uploaded in the current month and then a kind of "pro sub" where you get this month's and the next month's batch of chapters.
So, around 10 chapters on average for the base and 20 for pro.
I'm thinking about opening a Patreon. Not because I think I'm that great of a writer or that my webnovel is that famous, but I want to give more chapters to those that support my story.
Even after being on break, I see people follow or favorite and it makes me feel it's worth it.

@anxietymsgs Many reasons, including some not wanting to hear the truth or think others can't help (sometimes true, some people are dumb) while others like me think they have to solve it by themselves, without any help, even though at least I know I'm being dumb, but I'm stubborn so...
