@consumerforum_ This is a great idea but there are some organizations, even after 7 days do not revert on the refund or return. They simply deny the return after the payment is made.
Tagging one of that firm which scammed me.

It is very sad, that without knowing the actual scenario wrong conclusions are being made.
Secondly, we have not violated and terms or any consumer right, still we are going out of the way to make the customer satisfied.
Lastly we would request before posting, do a detailed investigation.

@ZaceKart Yes I would request a detailed investigation here if zacekart feels we are trying to lie at any point.
A order placed was not accepted for return saying it's a COD order. There refund and return policy don't say that.

As per @ZaceKart COD orders having size issues cannot be returned and refunded but the above link says something else.

@CRED_support why the support is only instant when it is about signing up for cred services. No customer care calls allowed , messages are not replied to ..tweet, email all are ignored. I have been awaiting my refund for more than 4 days. #credpoorcustomersupport

I have raised tickets for a refund and they promised it will be resolved within 24 hours. It's been 3 days my money is stuck with them and I am unable to make any further payments. Please look into this ASAP.
