WiFi stopped working today (May 14). I raised a complaint and chose a 2 PM slot, but it was pushed to May 16 at 5 PM-- over 50 hours later. This delay is seriously affecting my work. Please treat this as urgent and resolve it ASAP. BSNL used to take less time than this
