@ICICILombard Why is this not taken up on priority? This is extremely shameful. The family has trusted the insurance so that they remain carefree during these times but exactly opposite is happening in this case.

My brother is in ICU at Lilavati Hospital Mumbai with bacterial meningitis, yet @ICICILombard is denying cashless claim citing a 2011 accident (14 yrs ago!) as “pre-existing disease.”
This is harassment while he fights for his life.

My payment of Rs 4602 for the Vfs services along with courier charges and Sms charges
But I cannot find any active applications

I recently travelled to Shirdi with my in laws in the newly launched Vande Bharat express (C11). I must say that the entire journey was very very smooth.
First of all, the timing is perfect. Next the seats are comfortable and coach is clean. The food is good too
