For the last 3 weeks I have been raising complaints for a faulty landline. Without resolving it, the department is closing the complaint and marking it resolved.
I am into the pharmaceutical distribution chain and it's been disturbed for the last 3 weeks.

We are into the supply of medicines. Hospitals reach us over the landline for their medicine requirements. But we are facing the landline disruption regularly.

A few days ago the lineman demanded the bribe which we have not given to him. Because of this are we suffering?

After every 7-8 days either the BSNL FO broadband or the telephone stops working (check complaint log). I am into the pharmaceutical distribution. This severly hampers the distribution cycle. Please look into this. @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw @devusinh
