@GrouponHelpUS I’m trying to get assistance with a purchase the the merchant refuses to accept Groupon. They said they asked Groupon to stop selling their product for a few months now.
@BestBuy why is it so difficult to get in touch with a manager at the Brandon Florida store. We’ve been trying for days to resolve delivery of a damaged item and online customer service suggested we call the local store.
Called over a dozen times, hold for 30 mins, they hang up.

The only type of responses from you are unrelated to the issues not sure if it is to wear your customers out so they give up.

@AmericanAir your gate agent supervisor at MIA gate 42 this morning for TPA bound flight harassed us and insisted one of our carryon get checked. Our carryons are the same smaller size that all airlines require. She snatches my wife’s bag then allowed folks with larger bags on.
