BREAKING: Donald Trump gets nailed with bad news as New York Attorney General Letitia James pumps the brakes and demands proof that the company covering his $175 million bond is "financially sound."

This is the last thing that Trump needed...

In a new surprise filing with the court, James demanded the proof because she has serious concerns about Knight Speciality Insurance Company, the company underwriting the massive bond.

The filing states that James "hereby takes exception to the sufficiency of the surety" and notes that the company is operating "without a certificate of qualification."

New York law stipulates that such companies show that they're "solvent, responsible and otherwise qualified to make policies or contracts of the kind required."

Knight Speciality Insurance Company operates out of California and so James doesn't have access to the required information. She is demanding that they produce adequate evidence to show that they can cover the amount if Trump loses his appeal.

BREAKING: IT JUST GETS WORSE FOR TRUMP: “Leaked” a new book alleging that the KGB groomed Donald Trump for 40 years, making him a valuable asset. The book connects Trump's admiration for Putin to Moscow's involvement in rescuing his businesses with laundered funds, establishing a strong connection between the two. This nurturing of Trump as a Russian asset began in 1980, with Moscow actively urging him to pursue a political career and supporting his unsuccessful business endeavors.

"Trump was valuable," former KGB spy Yuri Shvets, who served in Washington DC during the 1980s, told Craig Unger in the book “American Kompromat”.

Unger's book is based on interviews with many sources, such as Soviet defectors and ex-CIA agents. He asserts that Trump's relationship with Russia as president, where he rarely criticized Moscow and often acted in ways favorable to Putin, was a result of his long-standing cultivation by Russia.

BREAKING: Donald Trump suffers a devastating loss as a federal judge hands a sweeping victory to former Trump campaign aide Jessica Denson and voids the 2016 campaign's nondisclosure agreement for being overly restrictive — freeing an additional 422 employees to speak as well.

But it gets even worse for Trump.

Denson was also awarded $450,000 in legal fees to her defense team and a $25,000 incentive fee for representing the class action.

Now, Denson and the 422 former employees can speak about their 2016 experiences without fear of legal reprisal because the judge ruled the NDAs was too restrictive and as such "“nvalid and unenforceable."

Denson had previously accused the Trump campaign of sexual discrimination and personally won a lawsuit focused on her personal NDA before expanding to target the entire campaign.

Given how nakedly criminal and predatory the Trump campaign was and is, there's no telling what these hundreds of employees may now reveal...

BREAKING: In an unhinged rant, Trumper Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene demands that the January 6 insurrectionists who just got historic sentences receive a full pardon for the violent, treasonous actions that they committed on Donald Trump’s behalf.

In her rant, Greene complained that “Proud Boys organizer Joseph Biggs sentenced to 17 years by U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly,” and declared that “January 6ers need to be pardoned” because “they’ve been persecuted enough.”

Greene conveniently left out the fact that Joseph Biggs is a “Proud Boys Lieutenant” who was found guilty of seditious conspiracy against the United States of America — and ordered his Proud Boy soldiers to violently attack Capitol Police — sending over a hundred officers to the hospital.

She also left put the fact that she helped Trump orchestrate the deadly insurrection — and should be criminally indicted herself.

BREAKING: Legal experts sound the alarm as Trumper Congressman Jim Jordan launches a sinister plot to obstruct Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ case against 2024 Donald Trump for trying to steal Biden’s win.

Today, Jim Jordan sent a letter to Willis demanding that she hand him ALL of the documents and communications that she has shared with Special Counsel Jack Smith.

Jordan's letter to Willis shamelessly argues that he can obstruct her case because Willis and her team have interviewed some of the same witnesses as Special Counsel Jack Smith — and Jordan said that Congress may want to consider changes to the "removal statute," which protects federal officials from being prosecuted for state crimes.

This is a red-alert, folks.

Jim Jordan is clearly trying to get her entire case thrown out in order to protect Trump. He has a long history of violating the constitution and all congressional norms in order to derail investigations and prosecutions of Trump — but this one is by far the most egregious because District Attorney Willis is a state prosecutor investigating crimes that Trump committed in Georgia — so Jordan has ZERO business poking his neck into her case.
