@UniversalORL after paying for a universal hotel to get early entry its been a wasted expense due to sustained issues with the only rides open to early access at Harry potter and jurassic areas. Poor show... just because it's near season end.....

@UniversalORL what a disappointing experience. After a fantastic week at @WaltDisneyWorld where any ride issues were promptly resolved, it been a very different story here with multiple long ride outs ... and a lack of haste in getting them going again. Won't be visiting again
