I just remembered- for the first 8 years of my career, none of my programming jobs involved code reviews. I just shipped shit straight to production.

@sporadica We have the most detailed and thorough knowledge of how things work in the universe than any humans who ever lived, it’s not even close, yet so many prefer to just believe some random set of facts they find convenient even if they don’t align with reality. It’s mind boggling.
