А памʼятаєте, як багато українців не розуміли дії чеченських борців за свободу, коли Шаміль Басаєв у 1995 році зайшов до Будьоновска і взяв російських заручників і вимагав припинення знищення чеченців російськими військами?!

Або ж коли Мовсар Бараєв о 2002 році захопив «НордОст» та вимагав виводу російських окупантів з т��риторії Чечні?!

Зараз, коли я бачу як Росія знищує українських цивільних, бʼє торгові центри, розстрілює полонених, я хочу запитати у тих українців які співчували тоді росіянам: тепер ви зрозуміли ці дії відчаю чеченців?

BREAKING | Ukraine has reached Russia’s Yamal gas-producing heartland for the first time, with a drone attack on Novy Urengoy today.

Regional governor Dmitry Artyukhov confirmed that an industrial facility caught fire after the attack, with no reported casualties and damage still being assessed. it is the first strike on Russia’s natural-gas hinterland.

Ukraine’s Special Operations Forces say their Deep Strike units targeted the Novy Urengoy gas-condensate facility and the Purovsky condensate-processing plant, with drones travelling more than 3,000 km.

Russian authorities have not publicly confirmed that either specific plant was hit, and there is no reliable BDA yet.

The significance for now is reach, not demonstrated disruption: Ukraine has shown it can bring one of Russia’s deepest and most important gas-producing regions into the strike envelope.

Ukriane broke a new record today for the longest drone strike so far in this war.

The Ukrainian FP-1 drones flew 3300 km and struck two major gas-condensate plants in Russia’s Yamalo-Nenets region.

Fires were recorded at the Novy Urengoy Condensate Treatment Plant (capacity of 20 million tons per year) and the nearby Purovsky Condensate Processing Plant (capacity of 13.4 million tons per year).

The new confirmed range of Ukraine’s long-range drones is important because it means that Russia’s natural gas infrastructure in Yamalo-Nenets is now within reach.

80% of Russia’s natural gas is produced in the region.

Ukraine can now strike additional processing and treatment plants tied to the giant Urengoy, Yamburg and Zapolyarnoye gas fields or compressor stations and pipelines that move gas out of the region.

Ukraine could also strike the power generation facilities such as the Urengoyskaya GRES and local gas-fired stations that keep the fields and plants running.

These sites were previously treated as a safe rear area from where Russia planned to send huge amounts of natural gas to China in the future.

Ukraine being able to reach them with drones means severe risks for Russia’s core gas-condensate industry, which generates budget revenue and supplies products used by the military.

Previously, Russia only had to worry about its oil industry, but now it’s becoming clear that the gas industry is also about to take a large hit.

The distance from Ukraine to Novy Urengoy is around 3,000 kilometers.
